What is included in an automated sequence?
Growth includes one sequence of up to 3 emails built during setup. Pro includes two sequences of up to 3 emails each built during setup. New sequences are quoted separately. Their sends count toward your monthly total.
Do I approve the emails?
Yes. Every plan includes one revision round per campaign and client approval before sending. We agree automated sequence content and timing before activation.
What happens if I need more sends or extra work?
We confirm a separate scope and quote before proceeding. New sequences, major integrations and list cleanup beyond setup are quoted separately. No overage rate is assumed here.
What do you need from me?
